Welcome to Kepojo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our lawn mowing services and website. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Agreement

By booking lawn mowing services with Kepojo, you enter into a binding agreement with us. We commit to providing professional lawn care services according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

1.1 Service Scope

Our lawn mowing services include grass cutting, edge trimming, and debris removal from the mowed area. Additional services such as fertilization, weed control, or landscaping may be available upon request and will be subject to separate pricing and terms.

1.2 Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Pricing is based on lawn size, condition, accessibility, and frequency of service. Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement.

2.1 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards
• For recurring services, payment may be arranged on a monthly billing cycle
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 3% per month
• Outstanding invoices over 30 days may result in service suspension

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, customers must:

1. Provide clear access to the lawn area on the scheduled service date
2. Remove or secure any obstacles, toys, furniture, or decorative items from the lawn
3. Ensure pets are kept indoors or secured away from the work area
4. Inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden hazards
5. Notify us of any specific requirements or concerns before service begins

4. Liability and Insurance

Kepojo maintains comprehensive public liability insurance covering our operations. However, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence on our part. We are not liable for:

• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems
• Pre-existing lawn conditions or diseases
• Damage caused by hidden objects not visible before mowing
• Weather-related delays or service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential losses

5. Service Quality and Guarantees

We take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange to address your concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to the quality of mowing and does not cover aesthetic preferences or expectations beyond industry standards.

6. Weather and Force Majeure

Lawn mowing services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, including heavy rain, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. No cancellation fees will apply for weather-related postponements initiated by Kepojo.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kepojo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kepojo and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 14 days' written notice. Kepojo reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior toward staff, or breach of these terms. Any outstanding payments will remain due upon termination.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
